Executive Summary
Summary of Findings
The Enquiry found that the allegations that a SAID had been developed at Over, Q5 were true. However the work was not instigated by the GFA Colonial Government, although they were unwittingly used to further the development of the SAID.
The main villain in the piece was Johannes Schmidt who was acting with a number of other known international criminals who are wanted by most polities for crimes against humanity. Only two of the four have been captured by the authorities.
Governor Potato was the victim of a mind-control device implanted at the instructions of the SAID which allowed it to take control of aspects of the GFA Colonial Government against his will.
