She said that while they were an abomination in the eyes of God there was a duty on us to take care of them to show our compassion for sinners. However, a careful eye should be kept on them, and if the caused trouble they needed to be removed from society immediately. | |

In such cases arrest warrants could be issued ‘dead or alive’. Only the Organised Crime & Terrorism Group would deal with these people.
